Before joining AUCA, Gulnur was pursuing European Master’s in Lifelong Learning: Policy and Management from the Institute of Education, University of London, Great Britain (2007-2009). She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Idaho, USA (2005-2007).
Gulnur previously worked at Soros Foundation – Kyrgyzstan, where she was regional coordinator of the Academic Fellowship Program. From 2002-2004 she served as program coordinator for Civic Education Project. She has experience in admissions and financial aid through her work at the University of Idaho.
